For IMS 2007, we are pleased to offer two hospitality suites for the families of the attendees to relax and enjoy themselves while experiencing everything that Hawaii has to offer.
Both hospitality suites are open from 7AM to noon, Sunday June 3rd 2007 through Friday June 8th, 2007.
Hilton Hawaiian Village Hospitality Suite
The first hospitality suite is located at the Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel. We have reserved the Honolulu Suite the entire week of the conference. The Honolulu Suite is located on the second floor of the Tapa Tower. We have arranged for a delicious selection of food to be available for your eating pleasure.
In addition to freshly prepared food, we have made media entertainment such as televisions and a CD player available, as well as programs for your Keiki (children). Please check the Hilton Hawaiian village website for more information and reservation procedures for their Keiki program:

Sheraton Waikiki Hospitality Suite
The second hospitality suite is located at the Niihau Suite of the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. This suite is also reserved for the entire week of the conference and has a wonderful lanai overlooking Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. The Niihau Suite is located on the second floor with all of the banquet and meeting rooms, closest to the elevators. There will be signs directing you to the Niihau Suite from the elevators and escalators. We have arranged for a delicious selection of food to be available for your eating pleasure.
Along with their delicious meals, the Sheraton Waikiki also has Keiki programs for your children to enjoy. Please check their website for more information and reservation procedures.

Finally, for your continued convenience, a representative from guest tours will be present at each hospitality suite for the duration of the conference.
