For the convenience of the IMS 2007 conference attendees, a block of sleeping rooms have been reserved for attendees (A) and exhibitors (E) at the following hotels.
Exhibitors who are interested in reserving Suites must complete the Suite Reservation Form included in the Exhibitors Manual. For additional information on the Exhibitors Manual, please contact Horizon House.

There are a limited number of rooms available at the Government rate. The Government Rate Rooms will not be available through the online reservation system. If you require a room at the government rate, please checkmark it on the housing reservation form and fax to 732-465-6447.

The conference rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 11.96%) and are based on single or double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Children 18 years of age and under, when sharing the room with a parent, will not be charged when utilizing existing bedding.
The conference rates are available for the dates of three days prior to and three days following the main convention dates, based on availability.
The Hotels require a one-night deposit in advance to accompany the reservation either in the form of a credit card or check. Guaranteed reservations are held until 6:00am the following morning, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited.
In the event a guest who has confirmed room check outs prior to the reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest's account (please check with the hotel upon check-in).
Reservation cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. If notice is not received by that time, the deposit will be forfeited or the credit card will be charged a one night's stay.
Requests for accommodations received after the deadline will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate. Reservation requests for specific room types, views, and bedding are subject to availability at the time of arrival and not guaranteed.
